There are a lot of different jogging strollers available, many are quite expensive. I read many reviews before deciding to buy the schwinn jogging stroller. After owning my stroller for just a few weeks I am really please with my decision to buy a schwinn jogging stroller.

My
requirements were quite simple, the stroller needed to be equally competent on both winding streets and on a running track which although man made was still a little dusty. Hence considering the Schwinn models.But still I wanted comfort for my little girl so buying really cheap was also out of the question. Below you will find a list of the main features.

I wanted to see how quick I could put the stroller together as we often travel and it would be good to know if taking it apart was practical when on the move between our home and my parents over 1200Km away. Every day I set out on a minimum two kilometer jog at a reasonable pace from my home to a local park. Having been used to fixed wheel strollers in the past I immediately fell in love with the swivel function of this model.No longer having to lift the front of the stroller to turn corners, it was great.

When my route is made up of a fair mix of bends and straights I use the wheel in the swivel position but I lock it on long straights. In either locked or swivel position the stroller performance is great.The same goes for most surfaces, rough or smooth its great.

The Shwinn jogger is at ease in the shopping mall as it is on the track or road so I actually now prefer this over my fixed wheel model even when shopping.

I’m so pleased with my jogging stroller that I plan to sell my fixed wheel one on eBay tomorrow.

Add-ons for You to Consider.

My Molly quite often falls asleep in the stroller after I fitted the extra padding and as the seat is a little too far back the padding definitely makes for a more comfortable ride as well as providing extra support in the sitting position.The “Strollometer,” an excellent speedometer/odometer fixes to the wheel for speed and distance tracking. As I am in training for my first half marathon I really find the odometer so useful. You can also find them in several colors to suite your stroller.
