Curing Panic attacks
Even some Doctors do not know how to cure panic attacks. Knowledge is not always power, so recognition of a problem does not mean it has been solved. For example, knowing the difference between a panic attack and a real heart condition is useful but just the recognition of the condition will not solve your problem.
Insight Therapy has not worked for over a hundred years and wil continue to be so for the next hundred.
So then, How do we solve Panic attacks?
Firstly, lets find out how avoid the pitfalls in the treatment of Panic attacks.
1. Stop taking those pills
Stop taking any medication or prescription drugs to solve panic attacks. Most Doctors are only too happy to suggest some pills. These drugs typically, anti depressants will just mute down your natural responses, i e take away your ability to feel the natural responses like fear etc. Anxiety attacks are misplaced flight or flight response which is hard wired into our brain in order to protect us from threats.
It is our body’s way of protecting us. If you mute these responses, you may not be able to respond correctly in life threatening situations. AMA and Pharma Companies want your money and wish you continue to be a customer thus do not want to cure you. So stop the pills
2. Go easy on Caffeine/ Nicotine
The two not-illegal-but should-be drugs most people prefer is Cigarettes and coffee and both of them poison your blood stream. Such unnecessary chemicals released by your body create a lot of disturbance in your body’s isothermal state. Too much of alkaline or Acidic influences your body to in many ways… mostly bad ways .
Turn down your nicotine/ Caffeine intake and replenish your body with a lot of water. Water hydrates and helps in maintaining an ideal Ph level in your blood stream. panic attacks are often caused by too much of enzymes in your blood not getting what they need, mostly they need water. So reduce the habit of booze, smoke and coffee, replace it with water.
3. Get a Good Massage
I can hear some of you laugh at this suggestion. But it has been proven many times to work very well. Anxiety attacks usually affect people who repress too much of emotions. Some of them wll have really tight muscles in their back, despite not exercising or gymming. Those knots are nothing but bodily chemicals that should have been expunged from the body but has been stored due to repression of emotions. A Good Massage therapist will know how to release those muscles and the tension. So take a good massage from an experienced Masseur.
While these are really some general suggestion that I can give you, I suggest you check out the some of the other effective treatments for Panic attacks. Some of these suggestions may work for you and some may not because we all are quite different.
The important part is to recognize that Panic Attacks can be cured and that you do not need to take the horrible prescription drugs that numb you out.
