Kids and teens seem to be increasingly interested in just watching movies, television shows, and playing video games. They also seem to spend much of their time online. All of this sedentary activity prevents them from finding their talents and improving their minds. Talk to your kids about the things they enjoy or dream of being able to do. Many kids hope to do certain things, like play an instrument or dance, but do not talk about it openly. When talking to your child, be very open and encouraging. Talk to them in a very positive manner.
