The Potty Training Environment!
It is time to talk about the significance of a prepared environment. We are going to focus on preparing your environment for potty training your child.
Before I get into that, please know that a prepared environment is also important in daily existance when raising toddlers! When you have an environment that’s conducive to learning and growing, you are fostering your child’s self confidence and independence.
Kids are actually capable of SO MUCH (even more than we realize). It is our job, as mothers and fathers, to nurture their natural tendency to want to learn and challenge themselves.
Ok. On to potty training. Many parents begin potty training without any thought to how they are going to do this. Do not be that parent! Whenever you have some place you want to go in life, you need a plan to show you how to get there. Same is true with potty training! A step by step plan will ease any apprehension you may be experiencing when thinking about potty training your youngster.
One of the first things worth doing as part of your potty training plan is to prepare your environment for potty training success! What does that suggest? It suggests you have all of the required items you need to make potty training simple and fun. It means that your restroom is readyclean and inviting. It means that you now don’t have anything in your household that would obstruct potty training (yes, I’m talking about diapers. No more diapers in your house). It means that your car is ready for a potty-training child. It means that all the people in your house (they are part of the environment, right?) are prepared to be supportive and helpful.
A prepared environment is so crucial to your potty training success! Don’t miss this essential step.
It will not be long before you will be bragging to your friends that your kiddo is fully potty trained!

In the Potty Party Method , I take you through preparing your Potty Trainingenvironment step by step. I even give you a shopping list to print out and take with you to the store. I tell you exactly how to prep your bathroom and your car (sounds weird to prepare your car for potty training, believe me, you do not need to leave vehicle preparation out).
